What languages should I know to join the course?
All of the courses are taught in English. If you understand simple English, then it is enough to partake in the program.
What is the level of proficiency needed to participate in the course?
We do not restrict any participants of any age and background to take part in our courses as long as they are determined to learn and invest themselves program.
Will I be able to teach yoga anywhere in the world or preferably in my own country?
After successful completion of the course, we certify our students with certificates affiliated to Yoga Alliance. This certificate is accepted worldwide in most major yoga studios and fitness centers. You can also register yourself online as RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).
What kind of VISA should I apply for?
All students applying for the course should apply for a tourist visa. Please do not mention “Study” in your application as this may require you to apply for a student visa instead. All visa processes are the individual responsibility of the student.
What is the registration process for the yoga teacher training course at Himalayan Yoga Bliss?
All students planning to pursue any form of training from us should first visit the application tab and send us an application with your chosen course date and location. We will then send you the details of the course and guide through the registration process.
You will also receive an automatic email from us stating your application has been received. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, then please check your spam folders.
What are the clothing requirements for the course?
Please bring clothing that best suit your practice; take into consideration the season and location you are choosing. Good quality yoga leggings for women and sports pants for men are recommended to avoid pressure in the knees.
Do I have to take any vaccinations before coming to India?
Please check with your Doctor regarding vaccinations. Darjeeling is a mosquito free zone, However if you are taking training in Goa you might need a vaccination. Also if you are planning to travel across India after the training it will be ideal to get vaccinated in your respective countries.
